The OPEX Financing Program increases the competitiveness of locally-manufactured feeding components and the utilization of existing production lines until they reach their full capacity to decrease imports and enhance the local added value. The target feeding components are of high importance to a set of promising products and belong to one of four groups: PCBs, Speakers, Lithium Batteries, and Electronic Chip Packaging. The Program pays for 3 years 10% of the cost of the annual locally-sold feeding product turnover. The promising products and their important feeding components are as depicted in the table below.
The ultimate objective is to improve the economies of scale of crucial locally-manufactured feeding components and complete the supply chain of the local electronics industry.
